Charts Discussion - Thread of the Year ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I hope she releases some droplets with play listing. If gaga had Dula Peep's team ROM would still be at the top of TTH and playlists, maybe even the inauguration playlist too but yeah. I hope in the next era, Gaga's monthly listeners goes above 60 million on spotify. she missed it with Chromatica, but she'll come back bigger next era -
You follow the age guidelines? I literally don't know anyone who's not watched something because of its age requirement. I grew up with inappropriate movies like White Chicks and Scary Movie
-
I haven't seen that but I see people saying on TikTok saying that the black girl is a stereotype and portrays black women negatively

Rain On Me is starting to flop now. I just checked the spotify charts website and it got 786,510 streams. That's less than Shallow from 2 years ago which is getting 867,836. It's still doing well considering the complete lack of promo -
PERIOD. It's my favourite track from BTW and the lyrics have so much more depth to it the more you listen.

It's one of her best, totally. Should've been the 6th single. You don't really hear hard hitting industrial beats like that often, at least in pop music
-
It's not filler. Heavy Metal Lover is one of her career best. It's so creative and the lyrics are so deep and meaningful. She just wants your whiskey mouth all over her blonde south

ATRL sucks. It's so toxic. Especially towards Gaga. it's basically stan twitter except on a fourm -
does anyone know why ARTPOP got a different booklet in Japan. They're one looks like this

Stupid Love is a bop. It's such a good club song but we never got to hear it there. I don't get the hate, its a good song, just a poor lead single choice. I remember when it leaked everyone was saying "it's such a bop" "i love it".

Really? I loved it so much I watched it twice. Maybe you would like The Originals, it's more mature as a show

I love this song. Its one of my favs from Joanne. I absolutely love Angel Down as well especially the work tape. This song means so much to Gaga, and you can tell by the writing -

Me too, I hope she does something unexpected, like more trap, hip hop sounds. If she could pull it off -

Her writing is fantastic, and you can tell she's very passionate about her art, but I feel like her fans always put her on a pedestal, musically. Like don't get me wrong, her metaphors and writing are genius. I would've never thought to come up with the cardigan lyrics but her fans... They treat her as if she's some sort of superior musical being to everyone else and that she's "the music industry" -

I wonder if she'll ever flop. It seems not, because her management is amazing. Like her 2 fraud #1's were both excellently pulled off, and spreading shipments of evermore out to get more weeks at #1 was genius. I can see that being the future of chart manipulation to get more weeks at #1. -

Yes I want that. She should do a BTW rollout, but she should release droplets before that like unreleased demos, Babylon early version etc. I still don't get why she hasn't released the early version, Shazam literally recognises it or why it hasn't leaked -

and Taylor Swift. Do you think Taylor Swift can become a legend in the future? I know her sales are unmatched by anyone except Adele but that doesn't necessarily show positive public status and what the GP's general consensus of her is -

She should go back to her rock roots. The rock inspired sound of OOTB was nice and was so 2000's. Or maybe she should do something no one expects. She's a good lyricist -

What if Gaga released Chromatica I, Chromatica II and Chromatica III three months apart starting late 2019. She could do that then release it as one and combine the sales for higher sales, profit margin, and times platinum. -

She needs her Emancipation Of Mimi moment. She needs to reinvent herself for it to work though -

Yeah I know it was big in Europe, but according to people on the internet, the only chart that matters is the u.s one -

I would say Stupid Love is bigger. Gaga is more relevant in this day and age. People wanted to listen to gaga's pop comeback after ASIB and listened to stupid love. They just hated it. People didn't want to listen to Katy. -

It just depends on who you ask. I would say its a small hit. It's recurrent streams on spotify are okay, and her fanbase is tiny at this point so it's definitely not them streaming it which means the GP likes it. It's a good song though. (talking about NRO)
