    today was so sh*t. i have THE WORST migraine, i always get one when it's this hot, especially since i don't have air conditioning and the humidity is so high.

      i'll give it a go. i take two medications for migrainesΒ and i still get them so regularly:bradley:Β one is a nightly and the other one is panadol mixed with codeine but i still get them so much. do you know how i'm supposed to be using the lavender oil?
