Okay so I had doubts about this guy but this album and the Downfall High film really changed my mind about him since I was a '00 pop punk baby. Love how he's helping to bring the genre back to the forefront and now with Avril back with Travis and crew  Plus he's super real and open esp. about mental health in interviews. And he's a girl dad too

This entire interview was GREAT.  I'm in the GIF bandwagon. Like in GIFT. JIF just reminds me of Jif peanut butter

I had a long drive the day that L4S dropped so I listened to the entire album then and it definitely fit the mood but I wouldn't say that I actively seek it out now. And I wasn't a stan during the C2C era so I haven't listened to that album in full

Best album of 2021 so far?

I didn't follow the era closely at the time. But I do have fond memories of listening to the singles, and watching the iTunes festival in my dorm room. I found G.U.Y. to be so catchy and didn't understand why it wasn't doing so well with the GP (now I do ).

Otherwise I tuned out the album until I revisited it last year during quarantine. It is not my favorite Gaga album (not even in my top 3), but I like it a lot more now. I listen to Gypsy and Applause regularly, and to a lesser extent: ARTPOP, Sexxx Dreams, Dope, MANiCURE (and G.U.Y. still). I also listen to several of the Act II songs that are out there on YouTube

Loved the backstories from the horse made out of Chanel purses to the bulletproof dress

Although I wished there was a Joanne era look here. And not just the Super Bowl Versace outfit but one of the main variations of the pink hat cowgirl looks . In some ways the Joanne era was an extension of the Fame era in which she really committed to that one look
