i said that it makes sense for songs to be on TTH if they are new songs (with a chance to rise) or current hits. My Future is neither. Shallow is not a new song.

I can give a pass to the levitating remix being put on TTH despite tanking on the spotify WW chart bc its a new song, but for example: My Future is 190 on the WW chart and 158 in the US. It's not a new song anymore, so its definitely not one of "today's top hits". That's something that does not add up to me.

and you're not wrong with this part, but one thing is to say every song we don't like is only succesful due to Payola and another thing is to acknowledge something doesn't add up when it comes to playlisting. I think there's a big margin between those two lines and that's where most of us are regarding this topic.
