    As much as I'd love to see her perform in the Olympic opening or closing ceremony, I wouldn't like to see a USA popstar being chosen above a local artist. Maybe when they do the next ones in the USA?

    I honestly don't see CTC2 being #1, since it's not a music people will be streaming on loop and I feel like many fans are disappointed with the outcome of the Chromatica era and they won't be as keen as they would have been otherwise when it comes to actively supporting it (buying mutliple copies or whatever)

    Just releasing the Babylon EV would keep the album afloat for a couple weeks alone at least they still can release more remixes, but i guess that's over the next thing is the new duets album

    I am torn on this issue. On the one hand I agree with Vivi, if they appear not to care because they don't do anything to boost its streams and longevity, neither should we care. But on the other hand, I want to see the album last as much as possible. Not that I can affect the BB200 myself and the album is already doing well enough in Spain (where it's still top50 and I think it's one of the countries where it's holding on the best)

    yes we should try make an extra effort this week. We'll eventually get to 40 weeks with eventual reentries with vinyl rereleases or whatever. But having 40 consecutive weeks would be cuter.

    well dua was the biggest non-spanish speaking artist of 2020, and even though her collab with Bunny and Balvin was responsible for a big part of her units, I'm sure she would have been even without that. She has a lot of radio support here as well and even tho all the FN singles have low peaks, they have had amazing longevity.

    Speaking of the UK charts, how come Duncan Lawrence's Arcade is Peaking this week? It's a song from 2019. Any idea why @BenG @Delusional/anyone?

    Answering to my own question Subsequently, the song held the number one spot for six weeks making it the only song to debut at number one and stay there for over a month since Elton John's "Candle in the Wind 1997" in 1997.
