Pls dont think like this. We all have our ups and downs. Life hides amazing surprisings. Everything will be better, just think positive and try to get better

I am just in a dark place in my mind looking for the exit and I'm struggling mentally and physically right now but I'm trying to stay strong and positive for everyone that I love and cherish :)

You can ask for help or just tell someone your problems, it will make you feel better . I'm sure everyone here will be open to help you but i think you should focus on your friends and family. Only them can really help you. Whatever it is try to fight it every day and every day things will be better.
