R- Really makes you feel guilty about everything
I- "Independence, love and support" is what they give but they don't
E- Everything you do is being criticized by them
N- "Nothing matters as long as you're my friend" vibes is what they give to you but in reality, it's false
D- Doesn't really matter for them if they backstab you and that they make you think that you're still their friend when in fact you aren't
S- Super manipulative people that wants to make you feel better

In short, friends sometimes are the worst so it's fine if you have trust issues"
