So I was listening to, Grow A Pear by Kesha and I love this song but I feel like it’s definitely not a song she’d write nowadays as it could be taken as offensive towards feminine men So that got me thinking, what’s a song you love that probably hasn’t aged the best with the times?

Don’t know if anyone here is familiar with the channel “Venturiantale” but it was basically a group of 4 siblings who made a bunch of really funny and entertaining skit gaming videos primarily on Gmod. I basically grew up with them finding them back in 5th grade, so hearing all this gives me so many… mixed feelings, about the channel as a whole, not about Bethany and her experiences herself, what happened is so wrong and I’m still processing all these personally attached emotions that I’ve grown from them and their content over the years. Anyway, rant over, to sum it all up, Bethany and Cierra Frye have been outcasted from their family for simply having different beliefs and values from the rest of their family and she goes in depth with the sexism, homophobia, and body image that she had to go through from her family.

Ou this was actually pretty good! A cool concept, it reminds me of Beetlejuice mixed with the Blinding Lights video vibes. Interesting and the song itself started to actually grow on me by the last chorus. MUCH prefer this over most of the music he’s made! Rather than being annoying it feels super refreshing! Cudos to him, he stepped up to my taste
