So my best friend lives in London and today she wanted to apply for a job and they gave her an online platform to complete with her name / age and etc. That's expected but that's what shocked me was that she had to answer about her sexual orientation and asked her if she is straight bi gay and etc. Isn't this disgusting? We you should answer this question if you want to apply for a job? I'm more shocked that this is happening in London , which is in a progressive European countryWhat do you think about this?

  @Grasim i dont belong to any minority but it makes me angry when they are discriminations even if it is not related to me
  
  I hope as we evolve things get better. I think things are already better than what it used to be for example 30 years ago so there is hope
