4th Day Biden Executive Orders Repeal of the Transgender Ban in the Military Today, President Biden repealed the ban of openly transgender men and women from serving in the military. Essentially this EO states that all qualified American who are able to serve their country in uniform are able to do so without issue. Currently, a patchwork of federal rules requires that a portion of government spending on things like infrastructure, vehicles and other equipment is restricted to goods that are made in the United States. Biden's executive order will change how domestic content is defined and measured for qualifying products as well as increase the required threshold.
