Did I just find our very own popster on Twitter @ConnorFilm i shared this tweet with a friend and I was like “wait a second this sounds familiar”

Oh I’m sure she’ll attend the BAFTA & SAG but no she’s not gonna be campaigning ala Oscar style, that’s just not the way those things work. My guess is it’s pretty quiet on the Gaga front until the SAGs at the end of the month, she’ll go and then she’ll go to the BAFTAs and probably start ramping up a little bit for GRAMMY promo but I wouldn’t expect much more. I would die for an official top gun announcement/Chromatica Ball announcement though, you can bet your a** more promo spots were planned if she got an Oscar nomination though. I bet they had quite the blitz promo tour planned but oh well

After the Oscar snub I’ve set my expectations VERY LOW, I was so sure about the Oscar nom and it hurt me too much. Won’t catch me with those expectations again. The BAFTA nom really set it in my head that she was easily getting nominated. Which is so unlike me, normally my standards are below the f-ing ground in terms of wins/awards I pray for something soon but I would’nt be at all shocked if Gaga took some time off and wasn’t in the media for a couple months. Girl has been getting trashed (undeservedly) for her Oscar campaign so I’m sure she wants to settle down a bit.

I wonder if we’ll get something soon (tour announcement or top gun or literally anything) cause something tells me the chart thread gonna be QUIET between now and the GRAMMYs if not lol

time to move on hope for a SAG/BAFTA win and maybe a GRAMMY win or two, there are actors that have been releasing movies for 20+ years and have never gotten to hold an Oscar. Gaga will do it again, mark my words.

People need to relax, 9/10 with your first two major roles at the CC, GG, SAG, BAFTA, & Academy is INCREDIBLE and that should be celebrated and surely not forgotten. No actress has even gotten a BA nomination for their first 2 leading roles so it’s okay. Gaga is doing great. ON THE FLIP SIDE, Fans get to be sad and disappointed and nobody should be crapping on those who are. We’re all rooting for Gaga and want her to win of course. Celebrate the wins and be disappointed with the losses but don’t lose sight of context and what really matters. Let’s all get excited for the upcoming award shows and hope for some wins! Gaga is literally a f-ing icon and surely will have more chances in the future. edit: what sucks is that we’re gonna be hearing about this snub for literal years, it will forever be a stat that gets mentioned. I don’t want to be watching prediction videos for 2024 and see this stat mentioned all over the place…ugh my heart lol

Im sad but I cant imagine what Gaga is feeling right now...she was probably so excited last week with BAFTA nominations, just like we all were....she's probably so sad right now :/ I hope she doesnt beat herself up too much, she was incredible in HOG and deserved a nomination, definitely will do down as one of the biggest snubs of the last 25+ years at the Academy
