Yeah..while I doubt a HMH win I’m beginning to think that unless RRR’s “Naatu Naatu” picks up major steam or BP:WF produces a song I just don’t know what would beat HMH/Top Gun Maverick…. It’s not necessarily about the song it’s also about the movie and I can see the other branches seeing “Top Gun” in the BOS category and checking that box. Again, I could be wrong but nothing else seems to have the passion…but RRR could be a sneaky pick if it ends up getting nominated

To be fair I think the fact that she’s still basically like #12 is really commendable given that she hasn’t released a pop studio album for over 2 years…I know she’s had DOC, LFS, & TG to cushion her over the last couple of years (if you can even say that about DOC & LFS) but it’s been pretty great to see her hold so well since Chromatica’s release

.....no comment lol ^^^ to the above...No it does not mean that, it just means they cannot submit in foreign language film, the US distributor of the film has already come out and say they plan on submitting RRR in all other eligible categories, they're definitely till gonna push hard for other categories including BOS. And remember Parallel Mothers got 2 nominations last year after Spain didn't choose to submit it, RRR could still easily nab a BOS nomination if there is enough passion!
