What do y’all think out of the three snippets we got so far will be the LG7 lead? I’m leaning towards Dance In The Shadow, based on those few seconds the chord progression seems very pop and radio friendly (in a way), Abracadabra it’s too dance and Notorious Being too electronic and heavy IMO.

I mean, the OG article came from Hits Daily Double which is VERY reliable. The rumor started by a Brazilian account who claims to have exclusive info and I doubt HDD would randomly pick up on a baseless rumor off of a random X account. The same account says Gaga X The Weeknd collab is real and it will serve as a single for both Gaga and Abel’s albums.

I know this might sound controversial but I don’t think Gaga’s starting the new era anytime soon, and I think her weight is the moat obvious reason. She has never started an era looking chubby as she is now, she has, generally, always been fit at the start of an era to get ready to do promo, including, obviously, shows. Now, she could have gained weight for other reasons we don’t know, but, based on previous eras, she has never started an era like that. Also, please, do not take this as shade or that I’m criticizing her shape. I’m just pointing out an observation regarding the start of new eras.

Real or not, that has always been my suspicions regarding new music. I always thought Gaga just put that little snippet at the end of the film just to give us something and let us know a bit about the direction she’s going. If they were serious about releasing something soon she would have posted that snippet on all her socials to promote both the film AND the new music, but 3 weeks have passed and nothing, she did not post it, did not adress it, no one from her team adressed it and the hype is back on the floor. I wouldn’t be surprised if nothing comes out this month but I’m still hopeful.

As much as I dislike Taylor, it’s not her fault that she has such a strong fanbase and the GP goes hard for her too. If her fans buy and stream her music as much as they do what can Billboard do?

The snippet kinda reminds me of Night Crawler by Miley and Billy Idol, which was also produced by Andrew Watt. If LG7 is something similar to Plastic Hearts I’d be SO happy. To me that album is the perfect, balanced combo of rock and pop. Rich production, great lyrics, catchy melodies and hooks.

So LG7 truly is coming before October
