I didn’t really love PYW. I thought there was a lot of great scenes with a great story and stunning performance by Mulligan, but overall, I thought the script was sorta a mess tbh.

It’s iconic. Not top 5 on ARTPOP for me, but it deserved much more than it got. As always, our girl was ahead of the times.

I really loved Nomadland. Truly just a beautiful film that utilized every aspect of the medium. I think it deserves to win - but there are a few films I still haven’t seen.

I really like holding my iPad and playing Hearthstone and other consumption activities. I’m nervous the 12.9 is just too big. I suppose it might be a necessary trade off if I want to also use it as a legit laptop replacement.

It better be, cause I've been waiting a long time to upgrade my iPad Air 2 and I want to be able to do full development on it. I know Ms BenG answered this, but in addition to the normal priced apple ones, there are third party options everywhere like Etsy. I bought one YETI airtag, will but the new Apple TV 4K for my new LG CX and will likely buy an iPad Pro depending on what they show at WWDC. But might wait one more year for a mini-LED 11" - unsure.

I'd think she would loan it, but I don't really know how things like this with pop stars work.

This is really cool, thank you for this! Going to send this to a few friends. Yeah, this makes sense since it uses the same approach as AstraZeneca. The numbers people are shouting around are a little inaccurate (comparing likelihood of blood clots compared to other things) - since the 7 million handed out are largely not in the target cohort which is susceptible. Also, the fatality rate for this is potentially higher than others. That said, it is very small and once we understand it - we should be able to protect against it and hopefully catch any flare ups and handle them. So wild. I'm glad we're getting out although sad we're leaving the country so rife for turmoil. I absolutely do not have a nuanced enough understanding of situation to have any idea what we should do or should have done, but it's clear that we can't have the effect that we want without staying in there forever.
