I think the song is beautiful, although I agree it doesn't give me that jolt that she can often nail. That said, every listen it grows on me. I think it's going to smash for a while and her second single is going to be an atomic bomb.

What a weekend to catch up. Eight is better than ten and much better than eleven. Math! I do not think that Brazil bit was remotely accurate. Gaga turning down certain performances and festivals is one thing, but that's not the same as her saying she doesn't care about Latin America. I'll NEVER believe that until it's leaked. The numbers are disappointing and launching outside the top 10 would be sad. But this is a pandemic where physical sales are nearly dead and this is a JAZZ album. They cannot promote with Tony's illness and Gaga has a giant movie to worry about this fall. The album is super nice, not groundbreaking, but we're lucky to have it. I don't think Gaga is concerned whatsoever about the charts. She got to make Tony's last album and give this gift to him and his fans. She gave us a live performance, she has more tv specials coming later in the year. This would never have hit #1. Try not to stress. It doesn't really mean anything when it comes to LG7 and it really doesn't mean much at all except that jazz albums of cover songs don't sell, not even for Gaga anymore. All that said, where the F is my digitally signed copy?
