Ma'am this take... Joanne to me is one if her most quality records, and aged like wine... Something that GODGA needed in her discography... The era also set up ASIB perfectly, and those with a keen eye seeing MR be a hit in European countries without radio or SB knew that Europe was here for that from GODGA as she reached womanhood.

ARTPOP on the other hand... Chile that recycled dj beats mess  aged upon release :rip:

John Wayne, DIC and PI are the only songs from Joanne that I still enjoy :katy: a great 1-2-3 punch though

Joanne was one of Gaga's biggest steps in reconquering the GP and I'm happy she made the record, solely because of that reason. Even though I'm personally not the biggest fan of the album it was a good move for her career ar that point.

If only we did a 200 chart :dean_scream:

ROM is one of her biggest hits in her later career in UK, and SL was a hit and it couldn't sell this album.. :gaga-scream:We need 25 weeks. I have no doubt it should at least match Joanne that had 0 hits and a promo campaign, tho. Neither album flopped here. ARTPOPs less than 20 weeks was floppy tho

I believe SL will eventually reach Platinum in the UK, I mean, if Swish Swish could do it...

A Witness-sized era with better peaks and one bigger hit :vegas:

And probably the six performances from Red and Blue are a minimal estimation, as I'm pretty sure not all her early bar gigs are taken into account :mess:

Yes this era for GODGA is a more successful version of Witness imo. Its more successful in Europe as a project, and more successful in Oceania and USA. This is what witness strived to be. Even the fact its done really well in Eastern Europe.. Plus in France every witness single went gold or above and the album went gold, like Chromatica

WW Chromatica and it'll end up being more clear in the end... USA and Canada Joanne has the edge, but I think Chromatica if it can reach 40 weeks and ROM go 3xPlat it'll steal it thanks to SC and 911 being gold or even plat. Again Chromatica well rounded. Joanne has good pure sales in USA but Chromatica much better streams

He isn't wrong - witness was a flop in Anglophone countries. However, in parts of Asia and non-English Europe its success is underrated.  CTTR was definitely a hit throughout Europe, with SS and BA making more noise there too. What sets Chromatica apart is its peaks and success in USA and SA, as well as everything else like its critical acclaim lol. I actually think in your country Spain, Witness at least has a platinum single. As of now Chromatica has ROM as gold and I believe its hard to go gold as an album there without multiple hits
