Hi ALL,   Just a reminder that the purpose of this thread is to discuss chart activities, trends etc. ALL opinions are welcome as long as their not dragging the artists or your fellow Popsters. It's not unreasonable to ask that we respect each other. If you don't agree with someone's opinion please report their content and if need be, block them to avoid further conflict ( WE CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH). It's not fair that we have to inconvenience everyone by closing the thread  because

Gaga is shazam poison apart from the 'divide' era tea slayage in Italy that she produced last year. 

911 and SFA both going top 10 at once in November and ROM going top 15... A slay.

The fact that witness even crossed 1B is unbelievable but I guess it still benefited from the coattails of PRISM, but now it's clear as day that it wasn't deserving of its numbers. Now don't get me started on its YT stats, which somehow keeps climbing irregularly to date :icant:

Week 1: 53.61M

Week 2: 55.39M

Week 3: 56.22M

Day 22 — 9M

Day 23 — 8.67M

Total — 182.89M

(For comparison January 2020 Total — 175.1M)

With 8 days left in the month Gaga already surpassed last January’s total :oscar:

This year on Spotify, Joanne w/ 1 song on TTH for 3 weeks should pass it :rip:

 The thing with witness is it had 3 collab singles and the collab artists are all rappers/RNB style, and it had 3 slickly produced songs on TTH w/ masses of push.

Joanne had impressive pure sales and very good spread of album streams vs. CTTR and SS having 300-400m steams each, and the rest of the album having less than 12m streams :gaga-scream:

Also, whilst on topic, OGH started the MR/Joanne is local narritive, which for a Gaga era it was. But Joanne whilst it didn't peak as high, as an album it out-charted artpop nearly everywhere, and this is MR certs that are severley un updated:

Imagine if she did something like Tokyo Olympics show... Or eurovision... Or actually yknow, something much less ambitious. Like using the KOP collab she recorded and put on her album by releasing a MV and different versions... OR even easier, uploading her recent inauguration performance to YT - just a thought :billie:

I know it's her life, her career, her music and her team, but the fact that doing the bare minimum instead of doing nothing at all could make her even bigger is kinda frustrating.
