I don't know the spotify streams for Lover, but ROM came out almost a year later and it already has twice the views from the Lover video. 

Lover has 346M streams on Spotify.

It is actually on par with K&Q on YT and Spotify but they had different meanings for the album. K&Q carried the album while Lover would not have been a top 10 hit if not for the album boost. That basically means Lover was carried by the album, while the opposite is true for K&Q.

The units for each album would be very low though. The full LP will have sales cannibalised and less hype when released.

No math? I just posted the table from Kworb and rounded it  out to 1m. Do you expect me to get a calculator and average all of the views from a two week period and find the exact average views it gets everyday?
