I wouldn't go as far as to say K&Q is bigger than ROM (basically because streaming figures prove otherwise), but it's undeniable it's a hit. In conclusion, both queens

But it's funny how the narratives to discredit Ava have been evolving  from when they said she "would never get another hit" to the "she's still a one hit wonder because none of the other songs are as big as SBP"  At least we got rid of most of the Ava negationists with the forum switch

Well that song is like#2 on US radios and it's probably at #300 on Spotify, YouTube and iTunes 

ROM would have stayed at the top 3 on BB if it was #2 on radio meanwhile Payola Max can't even hit top 15

The song already was top 15 though and is top 10 on iTunes...

It's doing great for her standards but it's chart success is radio driven (well that means that people maybe want to hear the song on the radio and it's ok) 

But you can't say that is bigger and more organic hit than ROM just because it is charting for more weeks thanks to radio

we can't use the payola card every time someone else has success just because Gaga has incompetent team who can't even make streaming count for the right song or share a link to physical version of their single leading to 3k sales
