Honestly we talk about Dua Lipa but Moron5 are the peak of peaks of payola. (ah-em investment).

They release a song, literally no one cares about them, radios spam the song for months and months with little to no results but at a certain point people who consume music very passively have heard it over and over again and gradually start to listen to it willingly because it's one of the three songs they know because of how often it plays on the radio and stores. It's as hilarious as it is sad.

sugar is a good song but only because they STOLE it from Mike Posner

This video was uploaded in August 2013, and Maroon 5's version wasn't released until late 2014 as a part of their album V.

What they mean is Sugar is really similar to Katy's song Birthday, but they are different songs. Maroon 5 basically did a cover of Mike Posner's original.
