A rumour that seems to have a little bit of substance is that Gaga is covering Brittish Vogue UK in September. They have revealed the covers first monday of the month before they're released so we'll see tomorrow. It could be Chromatica related like Billboard was. Praying

Also it seems like reveal of Vogue cover reveal is delayed this month. They usually reveal it on 30/31.
