Hi ALL,   Just a reminder that the purpose of this thread is to discuss chart activities, trends etc. ALL opinions are welcome as long as their not dragging the artists or your fellow Popsters. It's not unreasonable to ask that we respect each other. If you don't agree with someone's opinion please report their content and if need be, block them to avoid further conflict ( WE CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH). It's not fair that we have to inconvenience everyone by closing the thread  because

It went viral for a bit, but the trend didn’t last long, it only has around 70k videos... it’s better if I don’t tell you what the trend was about tho :shakes:

well the US copyright law was changed (and it's probably gonna change perpetually) just so Mickey Mouse never stops being copyrighted iirc so i'm not surprised :icant: I don't remember the percentage, but Kpop bands are a considerable % of Korea's GDP, and BTS must be responsible for a huge part of this revenue.

Rain On Me re-entered Italian Spotify at #152, (just behind Ava's King's & Queens @ #148) ROM should be joining ARUTW and becoming 2xPlatinum elligble in Italy within the next year. 

Wait Chromatica is a smash era in Italy:

- 3 top 5 airplay hits

- 3 top 50 entries with Sour Candy, Stupid Love, and ROM - the latter both peaking within the top 15. Other Chromatica tracks charted upon release. (Sour Candy would've possibly peaked top 30 if Friday release) 

- Rain On Me is a multi platinum hit, Stupid Love despite only charting for 8 weeks is gold. Sour Candy  could end up going platinum if made an official single 

- Chromatica is the best charting album by an international female released in 2020 - FN may start to over take it, but Chromatica initially had a better chartrun. It will reach platinum in 2021.

remember when I said Rain On Me will stay above Shallow til the end of January 2021? :ohhh:

I won methinks :oscar: (aside from the few weekends when it tumbled below Shallow)

I'll go 3.4m... However, maybe Sour Candy and Stupid Love might also have gotten a boost too just by wrapped and nye partying
