I think the 28 weeks is doable at least.

 

ARTPOP bombed in UK with less than 20 weeks (but it had a better debut than Prism - standard Gaga).

Joanne in the UK is definitely doable - only 1 more week to match. I didnt think with a global hit we'd be back into Joanne/ARTPOP runs LOL

Didn't it become viral on TikTok or something?

It had quite a big jump on US Spotify today too (#4(+7)), and reached a new peak of #4 on US AM 

The whole album is holding quite well on streaming in the US, all the songs are still in the top 100 of US AM and Spotify and rose in position today

She's maybe snatching that second week at #1 after all
