And people are saying pop stars werent banned from that category but their material was relocated to pop categories the last few years...

Plastic doll increased in plays because its the track that plays after 911, not necessarily because people love it more than other album tracks.

Also, Babylon is the last track of the album. Most people won't listen to the whole album in full. It was obvious during the debut week that album tracks generally decreased in streams according to the track list bar the official and promo singles.
