That's what doesn't seat right with me.

Chromatica should have been submitted to dance electronic, same for the song category.

Why Beyonce can get noms from rnb to urban to pop categories all within one album yet pop girls who are doing dance electronic music are not allowed into the dance categories.

 I still think that category is complete sexism by the academy...they’re basically saying “oh you’re a female you can’t do electronic you can only do Pop”

It’s in the same vein of what they do to POC “oh you can’t be pop you can only be progressive R&B”

Gaga’s dance electronic albums are better than any album Calvin Harris has ever released so

Well, putting objective lines between genres and to think songs like "only girl in the world" won best electronic song is embarrassing. Of course, pop girls can release EDM songs (like we saw on chromatica) and should be classified as that.
