There was a week when the song was stalling on radio, top 100 on Spotify, top 300 on AM and top 20 on Itunes. It didn't debut then so her management switched gears. The same thing happened with Break My Heart btw.

Yeah but to compare the popularity of the different shows it’s better to compare all uploads 

Anyways it’s great that even counting both Katy versions we’re ahead especially considering that hers is 2 years older and that it profited from the 2015-2017 peak of YouTube for English artists

If ROM is still doing around 1M streams per day it could reach around 480M streams at the end of december. 

500M streams in January. 650M/700M streams for its 1 year anniversary
