If they do SPS for albums, then they can't do SPS for singles and in contrary. It'd be double-counted and heavily inflated.

it's double count if you add the values but it's a separate chart so i don't see the problem..

All charts from each country are using the SPS System both in albums and singles.. their rules i guess
