From what I recall TF and BTW remix albums were all seperate sales than the originals whereas for example ROM remixes count towards the original sales 

 

I'm not really sure. I do feel like an entire remix album feels like a very different thing compared to a "one-off" remix on a track. But as we know, that system is now been fully manipulated. I think they should limit it to 1-2 remixes per song being permitted to count as the same song. Future versions chart on their own.
