I have updated the Guidelines here. Please take a look as I open this thread back up. I am going to give a pass to the fighting that happened earlier, but will consider everyone to have been warned and ready to receive points moving forward. We do not want people to attack one another, incite more fighting or to continuously drag artists. You don't have to agree with everyone. I didn't realise corona had effected streaming this much.

For example in March, the 53rd most streamed song was pulling in 10m streams. Now its just shy of 4m. However, taking that into account Ms. Love was double in position to ROM. I know it's not good to compare week to week because of album bombs/promo etc, so let's see how ROM does overall.

LYTLM has spent 37 weeks on Spotify Global weekly chart. ROM should surpass that. Lose You To Love Me currently sits at 565m about a year after release. ROM sits at 410m 5 months after release. We can expect ROM to hit 600m before its 1 year anniversary I think.

The numbers for Rain On Me are false. It should be around 8.5 - 9 milllion for the last week.

Welp positions is going to debut with less digital than Stupid Love.

Pure sales are just dead for everyone in the pop scene. We can debunk the myth that Gaga specifically has lost her selling power.

The whole spotify chart is, for some reason, very off. The #1 song lost 21 million streams in a week which is clearly not true.

Yes - Spotify Weekly opens the week early I think... I've never seen that before... so the number I got was like 2 days tracking. Sorry guys! I edited. I think Rona did effect streaming though when I checked when Sour Candy was charting lol 😅

 

Still not sure if it's accurate, I got the number off another forum. I think in that case, ROM is #56 9.1m, and I have LYTLM at #95.. Week 22 is too early, so week 21 is better. ROM doing much better. I think ROM will make headway to 800M then stall.

I still can’t believe she opened with 239k and missed the #1 :rip:

Maybe worse than Chromatica missing #1 on second week for less than 1k units

The fact she had the #2 biggest week of the year for like almost 3 months and the only album that outsold ha was released on the same week

I have a feeling we will get some solid tea this week about the eram.. Does anyone remember @entelasaying that Sour Candy MV was gonna be released November with EMAs performance... What if its that :bradley:

Reality: She continues to be in elections mode until releasing new merch and absolute crickets for the rest of the year
