I have updated the Guidelines here. Please take a look as I open this thread back up. I am going to give a pass to the fighting that happened earlier, but will consider everyone to have been warned and ready to receive points moving forward. We do not want people to attack one another, incite more fighting or to continuously drag artists. You don't have to agree with everyone. Who flops, who succeeds and everything the middle is subjective. None of us have all the numbers either. Some

That is not a bomb era at all - its not the success you'd hope, but there is potential there with those certs. They shouldn't have treated the era the way did....

So for the last 2 years in France for Gaga :

Shallow - DIAMOND with 700K SPS

ARUTW - DIAMOND with 370K SPS

INLA - PLATINUM with 220K SPS

SL - GOLD with 100K SPS

ROM - GOLD with 100K SPS

 

Total : 1.490M SPS 

 

Whew Gaga sold almost 1.5M singles in the last 2 years. Insane.

Yeah missing for Chromatica Brazil’s Platinum and US and France’s Gold plaque, and a few other it’s definitely eligible for

i dont think they will bother certing anything gold in US - its a w aste of money if they know it'll go platinum. Fadty's label certified NRO gold as soon as they could and now the Kats are saying it's 2x platinum elligble ? i dont see how it spent 1 week top 20 and charted a mere 3 weeks longer than SL lol

Um, all the sales from all those supposedly irrelevant countries have more sales combined than the UK... It is important to be global, Taylor doesn't know what it's beyond the US, Australia, China and UK. Sit down for a bit.

Chromatica won't outsell folklore, that's a fact, but don't pretend that all countries where Taylor Swift is not as good are irrelevant, you seem very childish and quite uneducated actually :shakes:
