Yes, as time passes, the top 10 becomes more and more stagnant. Singles from the streaming era spend more time in the top 10 than singles from the digital era, which spent more time in the region than singles from the physical era, and so on.

You can never count on that when it comes to a Morgan song. Country radio is as big as Pop radio in the US and they will play any fart from him. It also might as well become a crossover radio hit like Last Night(mare) did.
