gaga, as the biggest debut artist in 21st century, was disqualified for BNA just because she had ONE song submitted the year before while now SabriN/A could fraud her way into BNA despite having released 132,245 albums...if grammy had eight slots for GF categories back in 2011-2013 gaga could easily get into them with BTW and ARTPOP

grammys' so called reforms and rule changes have never benefited gaga.

The new rules since 2021 remove the maximum amount of albums previously released tho

So Sabrina potentially being nominated or Victoria Monét winning last year despite having several albums isn’t against the rules 

To be eligible in the category of Best New Artist, the artist, duo, or group:

• Must have released a minimum of five singles/tracks or one album (until 2020 there was a maximum of 30 singles/tracks or three albums, but this maximum limit was removed for the 2021 awards season)
• Must have achieved a breakthrough into the public consciousness and impacted the musical landscape during the eligibility period.
