Y'all are underestimating the possibility of a Tuesday release on the 29th. :ohhh:

Perfect opportunity to push it for longevity and playlist the following week.

Ready for the DROP on the German charts because of f*cking radio, despite DWAS being Top 10 all week on Spotify and Apple Music.

:icant:

But how is radio counted on a chart based on revenue?

Radio stations have to pay a fee of 1,5€ to 15€ per play to the Federal Association of the Music Industry in Germany. Depends on what contract/fee your label has negotiated.

Which is also why Germany radio is incredibly stagnant and generally prefers to play oldies. These are old a** contracts and the plays don't cost that much. Labels know that the chart is revenue based, so they hike up the fees to the max for current songs, just to get better chart placements. (Just like labels do in the first few weeks of an albums availability, where they make the albums as expensive as they possibly can for a better chart placement).

15 per play is wild :dead:

Why I feel like lead single won't be coming in October :

- Harry Styles highly rumoured dropping next week. Morgan Wallen dropping as well.

- DWAS vinyls being sent on October 25th.

- Crickets from her team and insiders. No noise about anything coming. When DWAS had a lot of rumours / anticipations and legit insiders teasing / confirming.

- Rumours about her being deeply affected by the Joker tank and trashing.

I hope she won't delay though.
