I just know the lead will barely touch the top 10 the first week and then plummet into oblivion cause the streams will collapse and radio won't follow

Radio is on board! I don't know what you expect! It will be top 15 in the next 2 days! It's the most recent song there! Yeah it could have gained a little more faster but the majority of the songs above it are gaining at a slow rate too.
