I know because a friend of mine asked me this exact same question today. 

Nobody expected the JFAD tankage. Im sure they expected the movie to do longer promo for the album than just release week.

Yeah and even so she made sure people knew it's an addition to Joker. Now she also has to make it clear Disease is related to brand new pop album.

Looking at the current state of Spotify Top10, Disease should have a chance to debut in Top5, unless that kpop song is coming and will do huge numbers. But I have a good feeling Top5 might happen
