I think those either sell too little vs the cost of making them and they did not bother this time, or they will make CDs and  vinyls available / shipping after new year, when points will be extremely weak and all Xmas songs will drop out completely.

Interscope probably doesn't want to invest much in a 'risky' single.

Gaga is done with the album for months but Interscope probably only allowed her to drop it when they have a hit in their hands hence why DWAS exists. There was an insider who said that Interscope wanted to drop the album alltogether but Gaga wanted a lead single first before dropping the album.
