Poker Face, Bad Romance, Bloody Mary and all these dark/weird super Gaga themed songs didnt go #1 on the charts since day 1. Gaga needed to heavily promote them with crazy performances and music videos. DISEASE could be a hit but she needs to give us stunning visuals, she needs to promote it massively. Its time to let boring Gaga go and bring back the old Lady Gaga that wasnt afraid to take risks.

On my way back home I passed by ambulance. And I had a thought. 

If the Silent Hill nurses in a mv rumor is true, how about the video being about Gaga escaping the psych ward or sumn and she is chased by the guards / doctors and then she steals an ambulance and drives with those nurses to her lover that put her in the ward to punish him by torture and scaring him to death or sumn  if the video is indeed a bit longer than the song, it could fit that little of a story to it with dancing included.
