 I don’t even care about the numbers I just want to see Gaga happy about her music….like what is going on. I thought she’d be so happy and posting online excited about her new single and how freeing she feels releasing the music she wants and it’s crickets

 I think I’ll just check out caring until she’s a little more active….i hope she’s doing okay though.  I still think the silence is very odd and not at all like her, she’s always happy and posting when she’s released some new music she loves. Even during the SL release week she was giving interviews and everything. Hell, during HMH she was responding to fans online and everything… :(

I definitely agree with you sis it’s really weird it’s like the continued JFAD silence but on the lead. And no vinyl? It’s giving them changing their minds and treating this as a buzz

4 years since her last studio album, and no interaction whatsoever. Had she done that, I wouldn't have put so much thoughts into today's update. It's really frustrating because the song is really good.

Maybe the video was delayed for reshoots? Maybe they wanted one last push this week for DWAS to #1? Maybe she didn't want to release the song yet, but was forced to by demanding monsters that wouldn't let her push the release date past October because of her ill-advised Venice tweet? There's probably a good reason, we just don't know it. I'd say she probably didn't want to release but did anyway, for the fans.

I think the lyrics are too generic. It doesn’t really hook you in with a concept like some of her best work.

I mean yes, but the extent to which so many success stans are willing to tear other artists down (sometimes with racism, sexism, trans/homophobia, etc) and insult others who don't agree with them or who support other artists is simply insane.

It's obvious this community is nowhere near as bad as ATRL or some of the related Discords, but so many members here are so disappointed with Gaga not doing extensive promo and are lashing out as a result, and that's not ok.

Please, just stop. The lyrics are great for a dance pop song that was released a couple of days before the Halloween. She released plenty of songs that were hits with worse lyrics. 
 

The song is amazing, it’s being praised to heaven and back for production, composition, lyrics and vocal delivery.
