It's a good thing that even if Disease ends up bombing DWAS will be smashing for the rest of the year and then she has a new chance after new year with a 2nd single before the album release.

So this is objectively a bad debut?  What were y'all expecting? A smash hit that debuts at #1 with 11M streams? Because it's not 2011 and will never be.

I just don't get our moving goalposts. Half the time we're boatmates with Ms. Ferry, then we're a flop when we do better than her and Gaga's own previous eras just because everything isn't perfect (MV at the same time, fan interaction). 

She's a 38 year old woman releasing hits nearly 20 years into her career. Who needs OGHs when monsters will invent excuses to downplay her success?
