Perhaps they decided not to prepare physicals in advance in order to avoid leaks. I'm still impressed that we didn't have any leaks AT ALL. This is so rare for us. 

I think Interscope isn't too worried about the commercial performance of this song since Gaga already gave them the biggest song of the year with DWAS. So that's why they're keeping it cute with the promo, probably (?).
