One thing I 100% agree on is the fact next time she's getting ready for an actress project she should not wait for ages to make new music. She's waiting for the movie to be out and just do nothing (that) big to make her name strong tied to new mainstream music (not counting those cute LFS and SSOH collabs that were always meant to be cute side projects)

She should have done more DWAS droplets in the 2 years imo

Those side projects weren't expected to be cute lil speed bumps, I imagine.

I think that was mostly because she was excited about the music. Wouldn't shock me if it turns out the studio doesn't want to put more money into it because there's no audience for it (joker and gaga fans will both be turned off). But hopefully that's not the case.

If Gaga wants to be an actress, she needs to expand the roles she’s doing. Every role so far has been a dramatic, award-hopeful role, and those don’t perform well at the box office. And she does one movie every three years, so when they flop, it’s more noticeable bc she doesn’t have many hits behind her (ASIB did good and HoG did okay). 

I want to see Gaga in action films, comedy movies, voice roles, even some limited series roles or Netflix narration movies I would take. Like, imagine if Gaga had ScarJo’s role in the new Jurassic Park movie? That movie is making money regardless of if it’s dogshit or not. She needs to play it smarter.

And I say this knowing music won’t be as frequent btw. I just want something, and the past four years of almost nothing made me dip. The Fortnite collab really ignited my stan card for Gaga and next year looks promising too.

I just need her to stop pretending she’s an actress when she won’t take any roles that aren’t awards bait. Nicole Kidman had three movies and two television shows this year. Gaga doesn’t need to rise to that level but a role or two a year would do wonders and people would take her seriously as an actress, and stop treating her as “the pop star that does movies sometimes.”

My very own opinion I just hope next role won't have any big award / critics aims. Just want fun project (Joker will be for me as I really don't give a damn about critics scores)

I'd like her to play in some kind of horror thriller movie.
