I'm pretty sure The Weeknd's mv is just being spammed as an ad, perhaps because of it being a #ShotoniPhone. That much of an increase without it being translated to likes never happens unless something like this happens, I remember a will.i.am video that got a lot of views in one day and the next day it dropped like a rock. This doesn't necessarily mean that The Weeknd might be a threat for us FOR NOW.

I remember during Stupid Love release week, that there was a 30s ad on Youtube with like 25M views or something. We were hoping for those views to get added to the official video or to be counted for the charts. Of course none of those happened
