Chromatica didn’t catch up with the masses, as much as I and many of us lived it. Promo wouldn’t have fixed it - and it’s pretty clear Gaga was a main driver of that decision. 
 

ROM was a decent hit, but even that wasn’t really embraced. It’s sad, but happens. 
 

I’m not saying her team is perfect, but we can be reasonable.
