Heey guys! Here is a message from the Mods team. Like everybody knows, 4th of October is the premiere of JFAD.  Popa911 wants to be a forum for everybody. For people who want to know everything even before they went to the cinema, and for the people that prefer to keep surprises. Thats why we have decided the following: Reviews without spoilers are welcome in this thread. Reviews that do have spoilers, they will be allowed in the Official JFAD thread only. So that thread acts like on

Exactly. It all depends on how the studio wants to promote the movie. Anyone in marketing will know that these things are pure politics. You can package it any way you want.

They're promoting it as *totally not* a musical (it's a musical) with Lady Gaga as a co-lead (she's supporting) :icant:

I think, 8/10 are based on merits and 2/10 are based on aggressive campaigning regardless the reviews/boxscores
