The point is that Gaga (unlike Cate or Jessica), is not a full-time actress, and she has only one role every 3 years.

Gaga CANNOT waste her little chances in even getting a supporting actress nomination/win. She needs to fully invest her once-in-a-3years role into a lead actress category.

Otherwise, she will never get a lead actress Oscar.

In all these 3 movies they did her dirty. 

A Star Is Born was supposed to be about Gaga but Bradley focused more on himself ( like anyone cared about his irrelevant character)

In House of Gucci, Gaga randomly disappears at the second half of the movie 

And now she has just a secondary role. ( Ok, I wouldn't expect here to outshine Joker but they could have an almost equal role)

 

Gaga has proven to be an amazing actress and she needs to believe in herself more and her next role should be a movie that everything is around her. If anything, people saw ASIB and HOG only because of Gaga. Critics and the public want to see Gaga. GIVE US MORE GAGA
