The rights for the writing and the recording are two entirely different things, so she can own the recordings even if its not a new song she wrote.

I dont think we are debuting #1 but a top 5 debut or 60k debut whatever comes first would be nice maybe we will grow in second and third week bc of shipping n movie release

The recordings, yes. But not the songs. She needs to pay royalties for the original songs to use them.
