OreoÀDeux Pronounshe/him Popster for Sale 44,664 Posted July 24 Share Posted July 24 (edited) Updating my flop/mid-tier/smash albums by popstars list for this year: Smash: HMHAS - Billie Eillish Brat - Charli XCX ES- Ariana Grande TPD- Taylor Swift Mid-Tier: Cowboy Carter - Beyoncé TDOSS - Eminem Flops: This Is Me Now - J-Lo EITIW -Justin Timberlake Radical Optimism - Dua Lipa Las Mujeres Ya No Loran - Shakira CXOXO - Camilla Cabello Self-Titled - Normani 143 - Katy Perry Other than TS things don't seem to be easy for pre-10's artists. Which is not surprising I guess. I predict Gaga to be in the Mid-Tier with Beyoncé and Eminem (if she even releases this year) but hopefully she does unexpectedly well and joins the smash tier with a solo album for the first time in a while. God forbid she joins the very crowded flop-tier list. There's enough popstars at that table atp. This list is context-sensitive to how the artist performed for the most of their career and last era. Obviously Bey and Em sold more than Charli as of now but hers is much more successfull all things considered (and I think will eventually outsell both).
