It's actually pretty sad. The orangutan in the meme was filmed as part of a news segment on NBC that detailed destruction of Sumatran rainforest. It's a baby whose mother was shot and killed. They didn't say why he was on oxygen, but in the clip he's also shown playing with the reporter.

What a clueless comment, every child and teenager who has a tiktok account knows Bloody Mary and she continues to have mini-virals with other songs from time to time. It must be painful for you to know that Lady Gaga will always be famous whether you like it or not.
