Interscope was also updating Gaga's certs in Canada back at the end of January 2020 (pre-Chromatica era) and 2 months after that they did the US ones. Maybe this is also a bit of a sign for the new era + a possible mass certifications in US

SL reached 1M in August 2020 and since it has accumulated 235M global Spotify + YouTube streams 

Using her usual 1:3 US to global ratio it sold 1.5M with those, 1.6M with other platforms at best
