You buy them - Chromatica should be 2x Platinum. 

It’s usually around a new era. Another interesting thing is Bradley getting certs in Brazil for ASIB but nothing for Gaga (is she going there soon?). It could just be for him, seeing as all he’s talking about is ASIB during his maestro campaign.

im guessing for SL and BTW in Canada it’s due to Fortnite inclusion

With the Canadian certification Stupid Love crosses 2 million WW certified units.

With the extra US units (+700k) and UK units (+100k) that we've known its sold since its certification it's around 3 million units sold WW

The entire Born This Way era is criminally undercertified in Canada. None of the album's first 5 singles had been certified till today with BTW going 9x P. The album remains stuck at 4x Platinum there since 2013 as well. Not to mention her other eras that are also gathering dust there.
